Soy bean is used in a variety of ways. It is used by the humans and animals alike. Its oil is extracted, it can be proceed in making milk, much of the artificial 'lookalike' food is based on soy and in to come much more soy would be produced and consumed.
It is now being used making printing inks!
The latest use is soy oil is being employed in producing diesel.
