Milk is the white liquid opaque in colour with characteristic taste is produced by the female mammary glands of the cow. We are only concerned here with cows and soy milk. The cows liquid milk is processed and dried under certain specifications for human consumption.

The cows milk powder is produced for babies, infants as well as adults.

For adults the milk powder is produced with specific fat content from 0% for 1 or 1.5 being low fat milk. The full fat milk powder can be up to 28%.

The packing for adult milk powder is generally in 50 kg in lined paper bags.

MILK PRODUCTION:-
The world milk production is 650 metric tonnes. The biggest milk producer is India, producing around 90 million mt., while USA 80 and Russia 40 million mt and EC producing 136 million mt.
